The usual 3fidi representatives were there at the Train-o-pain start. Cath was hyped up ready to repeat her previous weeks performance, it was not to happen though. The speed of the large bunch was high.
Even though Matt & I ended up in a break chasing group, after a traffic stop at the big Kings Ave round-a-bout, we still did an average of 42.9km/h, Craig was in the front bunch and Alain was somewhere (cant remember if he made the split).
Cath managed to hang in there until the start of Parksway… not bad.
