Two stages again today, first one only 14km but managed to loose 4 minutes due to a puncture on a rocky fast descent.
The stans didn’t plug the hole so had to tube it, luckily CO2 got it up fast.
A nice long break before the 2nd stage recovered the legs a little.
Stage two was 38km with a 5km slow gradient bitumen climb to start on the way to Montazuma Falls, then another 10km low gradient climb, followed by the same amount of descent at the same reverse gradient. Lots if holes and mud, no puncture this time and seemed to finish higher in the bunch.
Incredibly hot again with rain forecast for tomorrow.
