Set out on my own little adventure on Saturday. Have wanted to ride from CBR to Wagga for a while and trip to Wagga for eisteddfod duties seemed a good opportunity. Stats will not be posted because they are too embarrassing but after 5 hours of smashing myself into a head wind and having been swooped half a dozen times by angry pies, I gave up when I reached the temptations of the Long Track Pantry at Jugiong and waited for sag wagon to arrive. I can safely say that the ride is not on my list of rides that should be repeated. I do not know whether it was the wind, being swooped or the seemingly endless kms of highway but I have to say that I have had more enjoyable times on a bike…………
