Initially everything pointed at tearing of the ligaments of the ACL, but X-rays tell a different story!

UPDATE: during the operation it became apparent that the damage you see in the Xray was several years old…. huh WTF!? So Timor only did add ligament damage, it did mean re-construction of the shoulder and big plates.
